DeskWarp Gizlilik Politikası
1. Özet
DeskWarp, destek teknisyeninin müşterisinin Windows bilgisayarına uçtan uca şifreli olarak bağlanmasını ve bilgisayarı yönetmesini sağlar. Oturumun içeriğini — ekran görüntüsünü, tuş vuruşlarını, pano metnini ve yazışmaları — göremeyiz ve saklamayız. Şifreleme anahtarları yalnızca bağlantının iki ucunda üretilir; buluşturma sunucusu şifreli trafiği taşır, çözemez.
DeskWarp kullanmak için hesap açmanız gerekmez; kayıt ve şirket kodu yoktur. Toplantı lisansı yalnızca daha uzun (30 saate kadar) ve daha kalabalık (25 kişiye kadar) toplantı düzenlemek isteyen organizatörler içindir (madde 2.7). E-posta adresi yalnızca planlı toplantı davetlerini e-postayla göndermeyi seçerseniz istenir (madde 2.6).
2. Hangi verileri işliyoruz
2.1 Bağlantı teknik kayıtları
Bağlantıyı kurabilmek, sorun gidermek ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için sunucu tarafında tutulanlar:

Saklama süresi: 12 ay. Süre dolduğunda kayıtlar otomatik silinir.
IP adresleri tam olarak saklanmaz: IPv4'te son bölüm, IPv6'da ilk 48 bitten sonrası sıfırlanır.
2.2 Destek numarası ve şifre
Her bilgisayarın 9 haneli, kendisine ait ve değişmeyen bir destek numarası vardır. Şifre her açılışta yenilenir; kalıcı kurulumda (Windows hizmeti) sabit kalır.
Şifre sunucuya hiç gitmez. PBKDF2 ile anahtara çevrilir ve yalnızca iki tarafın aynı şifreyi bildiğinin karşılıklı doğrulanmasında kullanılır.
2.3 Oturum içeriği
Ekran görüntüsü, fare ve klavye girdileri, pano metni ve yazışmalar uçtan uca şifrelidir. Sunucumuzdan geçer ancak okunamaz, kaydedilmez, analiz edilmez ve üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz.
2.4 Bağlanırken girdiğiniz ad
"Adınız (karşı tarafta görünür)" alanına yazdığınız ad müşterinin ekranındaki uyarı bandında görünür. Bu ad karşı tarafa uçtan uca şifreli olarak iletilir; sunucu göremez.
2.5 Toplantı
Toplantıdaki ses, görüntü ve yazışmalar katılımcılar arasında uçtan uca şifrelidir; oda anahtarı yalnızca katılımcıların cihazlarında bulunur ve biri ayrıldığında yenilenir. Sunucumuz bunları taşır ancak okuyamaz ve kaydetmez. Katılımcı adları da şifreli iletilir. Sunucuda toplantı başına yalnızca teknik kayıt tutulur: başlangıç zamanı ve süresi, toplantı numarası, organizatörün kısaltılmış IP adresi, aktarılan bayt miktarı, aynı anda en çok kaç kişi bulunduğu ve toplantının nasıl bittiği. Saklama süresi ve IP kısaltması 2.1'deki gibidir.
Toplantı kaydı. Organizatör, toplantıyı masaüstü uygulamasından kendi bilgisayarına MP4 dosyası olarak kaydedebilir: kutucuklardaki görüntü (ya da paylaşılan ekran), katılımcıların ekranda görünen adları ve duyulan ses. Yazışmalar kayda girmez. Kayıt sunucumuza hiç gitmez; dosya yalnızca organizatörün bilgisayarında oluşur ve ona Ener Yazılım'ın erişimi yoktur. Kayıt başladığında bütün katılımcılara ekranda kalıcı bir "Bu toplantı kaydediliyor" uyarısı gösterilir ve isteyen toplantıdan ayrılabilir. Kayıt dosyasının saklanması ve paylaşılmasından kaydı alan organizatör sorumludur.
2.6 Planlı toplantı ve e-posta davetleri
Toplantıyı ileri bir tarihe planlayıp davetleri e-postayla göndermeyi seçerseniz, e-posta adresinizi bir kez bu adrese gönderilen 6 haneli kodla doğrularsınız. Davet edilenlerin adresleri, toplantı numarası ve şifresi yalnızca e-postayı oluşturup göndermek için kullanılır; sunucuda saklanmaz ve kayda yazılmaz. Planlı toplantının numarasını başkası kullanamasın diye sunucuda numara, toplantının geçerlilik süresi, organizatör anahtarının ve organizatör e-posta adresinin yalnızca özeti (SHA-256) tutulur; adresin kendisi ve şifre tutulmaz. Bu kayıt toplantının süresi dolunca silinir. Planlanan toplantıların listesi yalnızca organizatörün bilgisayarında durur. Davetler ve doğrulama kodları Ener Yazılım'ın kendi e-posta sunucusundan gönderilir; üçüncü taraf bir e-posta hizmeti kullanılmaz.
2.7 Toplantı lisansı
Lisans, toplantı organizatörünün süre sınırını 2 saatten 30 saate, kişi sınırını 6'dan 25'e çıkarır; katılımcılardan lisans istenmez. Kodu uygulamaya girdiğinizde kod, o kurulum için rastgele üretilen cihaz kimliği ve cihaz adı (bilgisayar adı ya da telefonun marka ve modeli) sunucuya gönderilir. Bunlar yalnızca lisansın geçerli olduğunu doğrulamak ve bir lisansın en fazla bir bilgisayarda ve bir telefonda kullanılmasını sağlamak için kullanılır. Sunucuda şunlar tutulur:
- Kodun kendisi değil, yalnızca özeti (SHA-256) ve son 4 karakteri
- Lisansın verildiği müşterinin adı ve bizim girdiğimiz kısa not; oluşturma ve bitiş tarihi, iptal durumu
- Lisansın bağlandığı bir bilgisayar ve bir telefon için: kurulumda rastgele üretilen cihaz kimliğinin özeti, cihaz adı (bilgisayar adı ya da telefonun marka ve modeli), ilk ve son kullanım zamanı
- Lisansla açılan toplantı sayısı ve son kullanım zamanı
Hangi toplantının hangi lisansla açıldığına dair ayrı bir kayıt tutulmaz; e-posta adresi ve IP adresi lisans kaydına yazılmaz. Lisans kaydı lisans silinene kadar saklanır; silinmesini veri silme sayfasındaki yolla isteyebilirsiniz. Lisans kayıtlarını yalnızca Ener Yazılım yetkilileri şifre korumalı yönetim panelinden görür.
2.8 Mobil uygulama (Android)
Bu uygulamayla teknisyen, müşterinin Windows bilgisayarını görür ve yönetir; ayrıca toplantıya katılabilir ya da toplantı başlatabilirsiniz. Uygulama İnternet ve ağ durumu izinlerini ister. Mikrofon ve kamera izinleri yalnızca toplantıda, siz mikrofonu ya da kamerayı açtığınızda istenir; ses ve görüntü yalnızca toplantıdaki katılımcılara uçtan uca şifreli gider ve sunucuda kaydedilmez. Telefondan toplantı kaydı alınamaz. Mikrofonu ya da kamerayı kapattığınızda veya toplantıdan çıktığınızda aygıt bırakılır; uygulamadan çıktığınızda kamera kapatılır. Uygulama konuma, kişilere, takvime veya fotoğraflara erişmez. Cihazınızın ekranını kaydetmez ve paylaşmaz; mobil cihaz hiçbir zaman uzaktan yönetilen taraf değildir ve mobil cihazdan mobil cihaza erişim sunulmaz.
Telefonunuzda saklananlar — son maddedeki lisans bilgileri dışında hiçbiri bize gönderilmez:
- Son bağlantıların numaraları ve zamanları
- "Şifreyi hatırla" seçtiyseniz oturum şifresi (Android Keystore ile şifrelenmiş olarak)
- Karşı tarafta görünecek olarak girdiğiniz ad ve toplantıda kullandığınız ad
- Sunucu adresi
- Toplantı lisansı girdiyseniz lisans kodu, lisansın durumu ve bu kurulum için rastgele üretilen cihaz kimliği. Lisansı doğrulamak için lisans kodu, cihaz kimliği ve telefonun marka ve modeli (cihaz adı) sunucuya gönderilir; sunucuda kodun ve cihaz kimliğinin yalnızca özeti, cihaz adının ise kendisi tutulur (madde 2.7).
Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda veya uygulama verilerini temizlediğinizde bunlar silinir.
2.9 Çökme kayıtları
Uygulamada çökme raporlama SDK'sı yoktur; bize çökme kaydı ulaşmaz. Google Play, geliştiricilere kendi topladığı kararlılık istatistiklerini sunar; bunlar Google tarafından toplanır ve Google'ın gizlilik politikasına tabidir.
3. Hangi verileri işlemiyoruz
- Ekran içeriği, tuş vuruşları, pano metni veya yazışma kayıtları
- Toplantıdaki ses, görüntü veya yazışmalar (sunucumuzda hiçbir zaman kaydedilmez; kaydı yalnızca organizatör kendi bilgisayarında alabilir, bkz. madde 2.5)
- Reklam kimliği (Android Advertising ID). DeskWarp reklam göstermez, reklam ağı SDK'sı içermez.
- Konum verisi
- Rehber, çağrı kayıtları, SMS
- Biyometrik veri
4. Üçüncü taraflara aktarım
Bağlantı verisi üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz, satılmaz, pazarlama amacıyla kullanılmaz.
Hizmetin çalışması için kullanılan altyapı sağlayıcısı:
- Sunucu barındırma: Hetzner Online GmbH (Avrupa Birliği). Buluşturma sunucusu ve madde 2.1'deki teknik kayıtlar bu sunucuda durur. Sunucu yalnızca şifreli trafiği taşır; oturum içeriğini çözemez.
Kurumsal kurulumda DeskWarp'ı kendi sunucunuzda çalıştırırsınız; bu durumda hiçbir veri Ener Yazılım'a ulaşmaz, tüm kayıtlar sizin altyapınızda kalır.
Yasal yükümlülük hâlinde (mahkeme kararı, yetkili makam talebi) yalnızca madde 2.1'deki teknik kayıtlar paylaşılabilir. Oturum içeriğini teknik olarak sağlayamayız, çünkü elimizde yoktur.
5. Güvenlik
- Anahtar değişimi: ECDH, NIST P-256 eğrisi
- Oturum anahtarları: ECDH sonucundan HKDF ile türetilir
- Şifreleme: AES-256-GCM
- Şifre doğrulaması: PBKDF2 ile anahtara çevrilen şifre üzerinden karşılıklı doğrulama; şifre sunucuya gitmez
- Tüm bağlantılar TLS üzerinden kurulur
- Bağlantı boyunca müşterinin ekranında uyarı bandı durur; gizli bağlantı kurulamaz
6. KVKK ve GDPR kapsamındaki haklarınız
6698 sayılı KVKK'nın 11. maddesi ve GDPR uyarınca:
- İşlenen verileriniz hakkında bilgi talep etme
- Düzeltme, silme veya yok edilmesini isteme
- İşlemenin kısıtlanmasını isteme
- Verilerinizin taşınabilirliğini isteme
- İtiraz etme ve otomatik kararlara tabi tutulmama

7. Çocuklar
DeskWarp profesyonel bir BT destek aracıdır ve 18 yaşın altındaki kişilere yönelik değildir. Bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamayız.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu politika güncellenirse yürürlük tarihi değişir ve önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde duyurulur.

DeskWarp Privacy Policy
1. Summary
DeskWarp lets a support technician connect to and control a client's Windows computer with end-to-end encryption. We cannot see and do not store session content — screen images, keystrokes, clipboard text or chat messages. Encryption keys are generated only at the two endpoints; the rendezvous server carries encrypted traffic it cannot decrypt.
No account is required; there is no sign-up and no company code. A meeting licence is only for organizers who want longer (up to 30 hours) and larger (up to 25 people) meetings (see "Meeting licence" below). An e-mail address is asked for only if you choose to send planned-meeting invitations by e-mail.
2. What we process
Connection technical records, kept server-side to establish connections, troubleshoot and prevent abuse: connection time and duration, the support number, both sides' truncated IP addresses, both sides' DeskWarp version, and bytes transferred. Retention: 12 months, after which records are deleted automatically. IP addresses are not retained in full — the last octet is zeroed for IPv4, and everything after the first 48 bits for IPv6.
The support number and password. Each computer has its own permanent 9-digit support number. The password is renewed at every launch, and stays fixed in a persistent (Windows service) installation. The password never reaches the server: it is turned into a key with PBKDF2 and used only so the two sides can verify to each other that they know the same password.
Session content — screen images, mouse and keyboard input, clipboard text and chat — is end-to-end encrypted. It passes through our server but cannot be read, recorded, analysed or shared.
The name you enter in the "your name (visible to the other side)" field appears in the banner on the client's screen. It is delivered end-to-end encrypted; the server cannot see it.
Meetings. Audio, video and chat in a meeting are end-to-end encrypted between the participants; the room key exists only on the participants' devices and is renewed whenever someone leaves. Our server carries this traffic but cannot read or record it. Participant names are also sent encrypted. For each meeting the server keeps only a technical record: start time and duration, the meeting number, the organizer's truncated IP address, bytes transferred, the largest number of people present at once, and how the meeting ended. Retention and IP truncation are as described above.
Meeting recording. The organizer can record a meeting from the desktop app as an MP4 file on their own computer: the video of the tiles (or the shared screen), participants' display names as shown on screen, and the audio as heard. Chat is not recorded. A recording never reaches our server; the file is created only on the organizer's computer and Ener Yazılım has no access to it. When recording starts, every participant sees a persistent "This meeting is being recorded" notice and can leave. The organizer who makes the recording is responsible for storing and sharing it.
Planned meetings and e-mail invitations. If you schedule a meeting and have the invitations sent by e-mail, you verify your own address once with a 6-digit code sent to it. The invitees' addresses and the meeting number and password are used only to compose and send the e-mail; they are not stored or logged on the server. So that nobody else can use a planned meeting's number, the server keeps the number, how long the reservation is valid, and only a hash (SHA-256) of the organizer key and of the organizer's e-mail address — not the address itself and not the password. This record is deleted when the reservation expires. The list of planned meetings stays only on the organizer's computer. Invitations and verification codes are sent from Ener Yazılım's own mail server; no third-party e-mail service is used.
Meeting licence. A licence raises the meeting organizer's time limit from 2 to 30 hours and the participant limit from 6 to 25; participants are never asked for one. When you enter the code in the app, the code, a device id randomly generated for that installation and the device name (computer name, or the phone's make and model) are sent to the server; they are used only to check that the licence is valid and to keep each licence to one computer and one phone. The server keeps: only a hash (SHA-256) of the code and its last 4 characters, not the code itself; the customer name and a short note we enter; the creation and expiry dates and whether it was revoked; for the one computer and one phone it is bound to, a hash of a device id randomly generated at installation, the device name (computer name, or the phone's make and model) and first and last use; and the number of meetings opened with it and when it was last used. No record links individual meetings to a licence, and no e-mail or IP address is written to the licence record. The licence record is kept until the licence is deleted; you can ask for deletion as described on the data deletion page. Only authorised Ener Yazılım staff can see licence records, through a password-protected admin panel.
The Android app lets the technician see and control the client's Windows computer, and lets you join or start a meeting. It requests the Internet and network state permissions. The microphone and camera permissions are requested only in a meeting, when you turn the microphone or camera on; audio and video go only to the meeting participants, end-to-end encrypted, and are not recorded on the server. Meetings cannot be recorded from the phone. Turning the microphone or camera off, or leaving the meeting, releases the device; leaving the app turns the camera off. The app does not access your location, contacts, calendar or photos. It never records or shares your own device's screen — a mobile device is never the remotely controlled side — and offers no mobile-to-mobile access.
Stored on your phone; none of it is sent to us except the licence details in the last item: the numbers and times of recent connections; the session password if you chose "remember password" (encrypted with the Android Keystore); the display names you entered for support and for meetings; the server address; and, if you entered a meeting licence, the licence code, its status and a device id randomly generated for this installation (to verify the licence, the code, the device id and the phone's make and model — its device name — are sent to the server, which keeps only hashes of the code and the device id, and the device name itself — see "Meeting licence"). Clearing the app's data or uninstalling it removes them.
Crash reports. The app contains no crash-reporting SDK and no crash data reaches us. Google Play provides developers with its own stability statistics; those are collected by Google and governed by Google's privacy policy.
3. What we do not process
Screen content, keystrokes, clipboard text or chat records; meeting audio, video or chat (never recorded on our server; only the organizer can record, on their own computer — see "Meeting recording"); the Android Advertising ID (DeskWarp shows no ads and contains no advertising SDK); location data; contacts, call logs or SMS; biometric data.
4. Third parties
Connection data is never shared with, sold to, or used for marketing by third parties. Infrastructure: Hetzner Online GmbH (European Union) hosts the rendezvous server and the technical records in section 2; it carries encrypted traffic only and cannot decrypt session content. With the on-premise enterprise option, DeskWarp runs on your own server and no data reaches Ener Yazılım at all. Where legally compelled, only the technical records in section 2 can be provided — session content is not available to us.
5. Security
ECDH key exchange on NIST P-256; session keys derived from the ECDH result with HKDF; AES-256-GCM encryption; mutual verification based on the password turned into a key with PBKDF2, with the password never reaching the server; TLS for all connections; and a banner that stays on the client's screen throughout the session, so no hidden connection can be made.
6. Your rights
Under Turkish KVKK Law 6698 Article 11 and the GDPR you may request information about, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your data, request portability, object to processing, and not be subject to automated decisions. 7. Children
DeskWarp is a professional IT support tool, not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes
If this policy changes the effective date is updated and material changes are announced in the app.
